Non-Profit Campaign
For this assignment, the goal is to create a set of promotional materials—including a banner, poster, and other visuals—for a local non-profit organization. The business I chose is the Kanata Food Cupboard, a community-driven organization that provides food assistance to individuals and families in need. My design approach will focus on visually communicating their mission of compassion, support, and community care, while maintaining a warm and approachable aesthetic that encourages donations and volunteer involvement.

Rough Sketches
Here are some rough sketches for the non-profit assignment, including ideas for banners, a poster, and an app as well. These initial concepts explore different layouts, typography, and imagery that reflect the Kanata Food Cupboard’s mission of helping those in need. I aimed to create a consistent visual theme across all formats, keeping the designs warm, inviting, and community-focused. These sketches serve as a starting point for refining the overall look and feel of the campaign.
Finish Banners
Here are the finished products for the vertical and flag banners. The final designs maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the Kanata Food Cupboard’s mission, using warm colors, clean typography, and impactful imagery to communicate their message effectively. These banners are designed to be eye-catching and easy to read from a distance, making them ideal for community events or outreach efforts.

Web Banners
Here are some web banners that you'll find featured on websites. These designs are tailored for online visibility, using bold headings, clear calls to action, and consistent branding to effectively promote the Kanata Food Cupboard’s message. The banners are optimized for different screen sizes and platforms, ensuring they remain visually appealing and functional across various digital spaces.

Posters
Here are the two posters I've made for the Kanata Food Cupboard. Each poster is designed to visually capture the organization’s mission while appealing to the local community. I focused on creating clear, engaging layouts with warm colors, strong imagery, and informative text to encourage support and raise awareness. Both designs aim to be eye-catching and easy to understand at a glance, whether displayed in public spaces or community centers.
Kanatafood cupboard App
Here is the app I’ve made for the Kanata Food Cupboard. The design focuses on user-friendly navigation and a clean, welcoming interface that reflects the organization’s supportive mission. Key features include options for food requests, donation information, volunteer sign-ups, and event updates. The app is designed to make it easier for users to connect with the services they need and for the community to stay engaged with the organization’s efforts.
